Order Cancellation Policy

We always care about our customer’s needs and expectations. That’s why we have made an order cancellation policy.

To cancel your order, you must confirm through Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. If we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours, there will be a direct deduction of 35% from the amount you paid to us. If you request to cancel the order after 48 hours, then we are liable to deduct 50% of the total amount you paid to us. We are sorry to inform you that you cannot request to cancel your order after five days of order confirmation.

Moreover, you cannot ask for cancellation if the order is shipped, but you can get your total sum back by availing of a 30 days easy return policy. You have to ship the product back to our warehouse.
