The whole was authorised in 2003 by Maureen Regan of Kirtie Regan, United Nations agency resurrected it and developed a replacement line of attire when the bankruptcy of Aris Industries. At first, the whole was strictly for males with their tighter fitting bomber jackets. Maureen Regan relaunched the whole in 2004 introducing a women's line and additional each public toilet and women's dress. The whole is presently closely-held by Jr attire World, whose chief operating officer is Jaggi Singh.
Today, attire is worn by celebrities like Anne Hathaway, David Hasselhoff, Fergie, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Miley prince, Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Ellen Page, Paula Abdul and Anderson Cooper.
